A high quality production line require high quality staff, equipment and hygiene management In order to meet the superior standard of our major customers, we provide different relavant trainings regularly to our staff, whom will be assessed periodically. Internal cleaning and maintenance of the equipment are scheduled by daily, weekly and monthly. Besides, we planned to be certified the HACCP and ISO22000 in the coming future. |
We take strong care to our vendors and internal auditWe understand occupational safety in production line could raise the quality of our product. We put strong effort on random quality test, monitor and record all performance of the electronic devices, clear control of inventory, expiry date, temperature, indoor air condition, etc. |
Ex-offenders are our target group of training programme, which give them competitive in the market. We held the training class in phoenix house to the prisoners whom will be discharged soon by the assistance of CSD and Ocean Empire International Ltd. After the training, we give placement to those whom meet our entry requirement to let them show their productivity, and finally we give them an attractive employment package for mass production. We hope this practice would become a successful model for ex-offender to lower the rate of re-commit. |
