We are in a multi-business structure, removal service, cleaning service, exhibition service, food production and manpower supply service
We aim at providing a wide variety of job opportunities to the people in disadvange, e.g. low educated, low skilled, single pareant family, ex-offender, etc. They need a job rather then the help from government. Bright Services act as an employer to give them a chance to step forward and get a higher competitive in this fully developed city.
In addition, we need to be financially self-sufficient and be long term sustainable.

Bright Services is managed by the Industries Committee of SRACP
We are registered as non-profit company in Companies Registry in 1997 and granted tax exemption under section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance. All profit generated could not be shared by the directors or shareholders. We are financially independent to SRACP and do not get any subsidies from SRACP, who direct the development of Bright Services, and responsible for monitoring the financial position of Bright.

 From non-profit company to social enterprise
In the previous decade, the term "social enterprise" was so often been heard or concerned. SRACP established a company to be an employer to give jobs to our clients right after they have been trained by the Employment Development Service, EDS, who act as an agent to match jobs to clients. "Why not we become an employer instead of always finding employers?", asked by the Chief Executive of SRACP, which boosting the establishment of Bright Services. Removal services is our core business since 1997, and later on cleaning services are also been developed. Nowadays, two business projects, "Exhibition Services" & "Dumpling Making", are running with the assistance of HAD ESR programme.		 We need more strategic partner!
