We are a social enterprise under the management of SRACP
We are a Hong Kong based social enterprise established in 1997, a special year in Hong Kong.
We are formed because we aim at solving some major social problems like unemployment of discharged prisoners.
At that moment, a large scale of removal was needed because a large public estate was going to be restrctured. That's why SRACP registered an official non-profit making company to do the task and provide job opportunities.

 Society of Rehabilitation And Crime Prevention(SRACP)
Since its establishment in 1957, the Society has been the only Non-Governmental Organization in Hong Kong Providing a wide range of rehabilitation services for discharged prisoners and ex-offenders.

More than business, more than social service. Social Enterprises (SE) achieve social objective by adopting entrepreneurial strategy and business model.
Different social enterprise may have different social objective, like environment protection, hygiene enhancement, improve unemployment, fair trade, provide low price product to people in needed, etc. SE has its own business model similar to a private company but they almost has higher operation expenses in order to achieve the social objective.

 Social problem is a structural problem in every community, SE is a better solution
To solve and improve the social problem, government is an important role to developt new policy and law to help the problem. However, it takes time and money, and most of the time law and policy does not really help.
SE is a relatively more flexible and faster solution to immediately bring up improvement.		 You are always welcome to be our strategic partner!
As you may know that SE almost has a higher operation cost than the private company, and we must strictly follow the law and orders, maintain a good credit, being monitored by the public, we need good partners, strategic alliances, technical consultants, etc.
